Develop procurement plans according to the group’s procurement strategy and complete global raw material procurement.
Identify and develop suitable factories for outsourced finished products, establishing good relationships with them.
Gain in-depth understanding of the industry, stay updated with the latest sales and procurement information, and provide strategic insights for the company’s business development.
Bachelor’s degree or above; priority given to candidates with a background in International Trade.
Proficient in English and Russian, with fluent oral communication skills. Experience in seafood foreign trade procurement is preferred.
Arrange production plans reasonably, organize and coordinate workshop production activities based on order requirements, and ensure timely, quality, and quantity fulfillment of production tasks.
Responsible for task allocation, attendance, and performance evaluations of workshop employees. Organize employee training to improve operational skills and food safety awareness.
Accountable for the quality of food produced in the workshop; implement quality control measures and collaborate with the quality inspection department to ensure product compliance and prevent defective products from advancing to the next stage.
Enforce food safety and workshop safety regulations, provide a safe working environment, and oversee workshop cleaning and disinfection to maintain excellent hygiene.
Manage the requisition and usage of workshop materials, avoid waste, and supervise storage conditions to ensure material quality.
Associate degree or above with strong perseverance and communication/coordination skills.
Experience in on-site processing management in the food industry; familiarity with international quality certification systems and production processes.
