辅料:葱、海鲜酱油、芥末、陈醋、姜汁、姜
烹饪方法:
1、鳕蟹自然解冻,把蟹盖掀开,放入葱、姜;
2、将鳕蟹放入蒸锅中,大火蒸3分钟后取出,捡去葱姜;
3、用陈醋、姜汁、海鲜酱油、芥末按个人口味调配蘸料,即可食用肉嫩鲜美的鳕蟹。
本品解冻即食,口味更加鲜美。也可用葱姜、香辣。
