辅料:大料、葱、姜、盐、味素、淀粉、色拉油、一品鲜酱油
烹饪方法:
1、将大黄花鱼自然解冻;
2、解冻后的黄花鱼去鳞去腮去脏,洗净后改一字刀,每面5刀为宜;
3、锅内放入少许色拉油,放葱、姜、大料炸香,放一品鲜酱油,加入清水400克,大火烧开后转至小火,炖5分钟至汁粘稠,出锅即可。
本品也可以做精蒸黄花鱼和糖醋黄花鱼。
