红烧鲍鱼
辅料:葱、姜、蒜、糖、盐、味精、一品鲜酱油、淀粉、色拉油
烹饪方法:
1、本品自然解冻,整只或切片,备用;
2、将鲍鱼放入沸入中焯(整只25秒,切片10秒)后,捞出;
3、另起锅放入色拉油,葱姜炸香,放一品鲜酱油,水50克,放盐、味精、糖调味。放入焯好水的鲍鱼,大火烧一分钟,用淀粉勾芡即可。
本品也可做清蒸,切片爆炒。解冻蘸料即食或凉拌均可。
