葱油黄花鱼
辅料:海鲜酱油、生姜、葱、辣椒
烹饪方法:
1、葱、姜、辣椒切细丝,鱼自然解冻,去内脏去鳞,并将鱼体处理干净;
2、鱼放入盘中,倒入海鲜酱油和海鲜汁,放上葱丝、姜丝,加入适量盐,水开后上锅蒸15分钟,再在鱼体上摆好葱姜丝和辣椒丝点缀;
3、热锅下油,烧至八成热放入花椒粒,油烧沸之后捞出花椒粒,将油淋到蒸好的鱼上即可食用。
本品也可做家焖黄花鱼、干炸黄花鱼。
