辅料:盐、糖、味精、葱段、蚝油老抽
烹饪方法:
1、本品自然解冻,将每只海参纵切成4条;
2、锅内放水烧开,放入海参焯水30秒,捞出备用;
3、另起锅放色拉油,葱炸至金黄色放蚝油老抽、盐、味素、糖,勾芡放入焯好水的海参,翻炒10秒即可装盘。
也可解冻后,直接蘸料食用。或将海参切丁入粥,也非常滋补。
