辅料:味精、糖、大葱、姜片、淀粉
烹饪方法:
1、帝王蟹自然解冻;
2、将蟹盖掀开,去腮,并在关节处剪断蟹腿,腿露肉的部分沾上淀粉;
3、将处理好的帝王蟹,放入油锅炸2分钟至壳酥脆后捞出;
4、另起锅放葱姜炸香,倒少许水加味精和糖,放入炸好的帝王蟹,翻炒15秒出锅,摆盘造型即可食用。
本品也可做香辣帝王蟹,蟹腿入粥也很鲜美。
